North Pole Fantasy Flights

This December, Spokane Fantasy Flight and our many volunteers, donors, and sponsors will be providing a magical trip to the North Pole for some very special children in our community. Sixty specially selected kids aged 4-12, chosen from the area's shelters and community programs, are flown to the North Pole for an evening of wonderment and surprises.

Thanks to Alaska/Horizon airlines, the children experience a flight over the wintry landscape, landing at the North Pole, provided by XN Air. They will experience all that Christmas has to offer, from our vibrant volunteer elf community, to the Claus sisters, to Santa himself. This event suspends the reality of these children, giving them a night of compassion and joy they won't forget.

According to Captain Kyle Smith of The Salvation Army, the organization is "well run and organized" and provides "a wonderful, unforgettable experience for the kids."

The Civic Affairs Committee agreed. Rotary Club 21 has the honor of participating through contribution.
